Several months ago we set a goal of having the Patriot ready for the 2016 season by April 1st. It is no easy task getting a boat ready for an early season in Philadelphia with unpredictable March weather. We also had a variety of projects and upgrades scheduled for Patriot including lots of sanding, varnishing, painting and engine maintenance.

We are happy to report that we met our goal and Patriot was launched on April 1st. No fooling!!

We are looking forward to a great season of cruising PhillyByBoat and will soon be adding Liberty (Patriot’s Sister) to the lineup.
